Approved Claims Document
Every fact the agent may state, with its source and an immutable SHA-256 version hash. The agent is mechanically confined to this document — off-document claims are blocked and retracted mid-sentence.
Approval record
A named, authorized representative of the brand reviews the claims document and e-signs it — identity, title, timestamp, and IP recorded against the exact version hash. Not the agency. Not us. The brand.
Adversarial certification
Before activation, an automated battery attacks the agent: invented prices, fake discounts, guarantee bait, competitor bait, off-site links, prompt injection. Full transcripts included. A failure blocks activation in code, not in policy.
Guardrail & disclosure configuration

Facts enter the catalog with their source recorded — nothing is claimed because "the website said so" without confirmation.
