Qualified leads — name and contact details captured with a full transcript — are $20 each, drawn from the same wallet. Volume discounts are built into bundle sizes: bigger bundles, cheaper conversations. Nobody negotiates in a back room.

One credit = one engaged conversation
A conversation is billable only when a visitor actually sends a message. Ad impressions are free. Opening the chat without typing is free. And a 20-turn conversation costs the same one credit as a 2-turn one — depth is on us.
Spam doesn’t burn your budget
Abuse and gibberish caught by our guardrails is credited back on review. You pay for real people asking real questions.
Warnings before anything stops
At 25% and 10% balance remaining you (and your account team) get an email. If credits ever hit zero, the ad degrades gracefully to a static banner with a normal click-through — your pages and your publisher's pages never break. Top up and the conversations resume.
Credits that behave fairly
Credits are valid 12 months. Unused credits are refundable on request. The AI cost of every conversation is ours to carry — your price never moves mid-flight.
